How contact information is handled

The contact form collects only the information needed to understand and respond to your inquiry.

Information you choose to submit

The form requires your name, email address, service category, and a summary of the project or problem. You may also provide a phone number, organization name, current website, budget range, and preferred contact method.

How the information is used

I use your submission to review the request, decide whether I may be a good fit, respond to you, and keep a reasonable record of my communication with you. Submitting the form does not create a service agreement.

Transmission and storage

The website sends the inquiry to an owner-controlled mailbox. The redesigned site does not store contact submissions in its own database. Copies may remain in mail systems and normal service backups according to those providers' settings and retention practices.

Sharing

I do not sell contact-form information. Information may be processed by the hosting and email providers needed to operate the site and deliver the message, or disclosed when required by law.

Security and spam controls

The form uses validation, a session security token, a hidden spam trap, and submission throttling. No Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not send passwords, financial details, health information, or other highly sensitive material through the form.

Your choices

You may ask about information you previously submitted or request that an inquiry be deleted from active records when practical and when no legal or contractual reason requires retention. Use the contact form and provide enough context to identify the earlier communication without resending sensitive information.
