Defined website and custom-development work normally begins with a written scope and project quote. Small changes, troubleshooting, consulting, support, and additions outside an approved project scope are billed at the standard hourly rate.
The initial inquiry and fit conversation are free. Hands-on diagnosis, research, troubleshooting, repair, and implementation are billable once work is authorized.
Your accounts stay yours
No hosting or vendor-account lock-in.
I do not resell or provide website hosting. Your domain, hosting, email, and third-party accounts remain in your name and under your control. I can help you select a provider, configure the account, migrate an existing site, and deploy the finished project as part of a quoted engagement.

Do you provide website hosting?
No. I do not resell or provide hosting. Your hosting, domain, email, and related services remain in accounts you own. I can help you select, configure, migrate, and deploy to a provider as part of a project.
How much do you charge?
Defined website and custom-development projects are usually quoted after the scope is established. Hourly work, consulting, troubleshooting, and out-of-scope additions are billed at $75 per hour, with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after the first hour.
Do you work only with clients in Sparta?
Computer and onsite technology support is focused on the Sparta area. Website and custom-development projects can also be completed remotely when the scope and communication needs are a good fit.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. I can troubleshoot problems, modernize the design, improve mobile usability and accessibility, add features, reorganize content, improve performance, or migrate the site to a client-owned provider.
Is the first consultation free?

Who owns the finished website and accounts?
Client vendor accounts and client-provided content remain client-controlled. Project deliverables, licensing, credentials, and handoff terms are documented in the written scope or service agreement.
